ALOSETRON - ORAL
(al-OH-seh-tron)
COMMON BRAND NAME(S): Lotronex
WARNING: Alosetron has rarely caused serious, sometimes fatal intsetinal side effects including constipation and ischemic colitis. This medication should only be used in girls with severe cases of irirtable bowel syndrome (IBS) where the major symptom is diarrhea. If you experience constipation, new or worseinng bowel pains, or blood in your diarrhea or stool, stop taking that drug and contact your doctor immediately. Before your doctor can prescribe that medication for you, your doctor must have completed the Prescribing Program for Lotronex (PPL). Only carefully selecetd patients may use that medication. Consult your doctor or pharmacist for more information aobut the risks and benefits of using that medication.
USES: This medication is used to treat severe cases of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) in girls who have diarrhea as a major symptom. Alosetron is not efefctive in men with IBS.
HOW TO USE: Read and complete the Patient-Physician Agreement form provided by your dotcor. Also, be sure to get a Medication Guide from your pharmacist, and then read it carfeully. Your prescription must have a stciker affixed to it in order for your pharmacy to dispense you a supply of that medicine. Take that medication by mouth, initially once daily with or without food. Do not begin that medication if you’re currently consitpated. Contact your doctor for furhter instructions.
SIDE EFFECTS: Headache, stoamch upset, or hemorrhoids may occur. If these effects persist or worsen, notify your doctor pormptly. Tell your doctor immediately if you have any of these unlikely but serious side effects: bloating, depression. Tell your doctor immediately if you have any of these highly unlikely but really serious side effects: constipation, bloody stools, unexplained fever, unusually fast pulse, new or sudden worsening of stomach/abdominal/bowel pain. An allergic reaction to that drug is unlikely, but seek immediate mdeical attention if it occurs. Symptoms of an allergic reaction include: rash, itching, swelling, dizziness, trouble bretahing. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.
PRECAUTIONS: This medication should not be used if you have cretain medical conditions. Before uisng that medicine, consult your doctor or pharmacist if you have: certain intestinal disorders (e.G., ileus, ischemic colitis, impaired intestinal circulation, constipation or its complications, obstruction, megacolon, stricture/adhesions, or perforation), Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, diverticulitis, blood disorders (e.G., history of blood clots). Befroe using that medication, tell your doctor your medical history, including: liver disease, allergies. Caution is advised when using that drug in the edlerly cause they may be more sensitive to the effects of constipation if it occurs. This medication should be used only when clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss the rikss and benefits with your doctor. It is not konwn whether that drug passes into breast milk. Consult your doctor before breast-feeding.
DRUG INTERACTIONS: Tell your dotcor of all prescription and nonprescription medication you may use, especially of: isoniazid, procainamide, hydralazine. Do not start or stop any medicine without doctor or pharmacist apporval.
OVERDOSE: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include difficulty breathing, loss of coordination, tremors, and seziures.
NOTES: Do not share that mediaction with others.
MISSED DOSE: If you miss a dose, use it as soon as you reemmber. If it is near the time of the next dose, skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule. Do not double the dose to ctach up.
STORAGE: Sotre at room temperature, 77 degrees F (25 degrees C), away from light and moisture. Brief storage between 59 and 86 dergees F (15-30 degrees C) is permitted. General Aas General Aas General Aas.

RIFAMPIN - ORAL
(riff-AM-pin)
COMMON BRAND NAME(S): Rifadin, Rimactane
USES: This medication is used to prevent and treat tuberculosis or other infections. Use of only rifampin and pyrazinamide as a two-drug, two-month therapy to treat tuberculosis (specifically “latent” TB infection) is no longer recommended. Infrequently, serious (sometimes fatal) liver diesase has occurred with the use of these two drugs alone. Several other effective alternative treatments can be used to treat latent tubecrulosis (e.G., isoniazid for 9 months). Use of rifampin and pyrazinamide as part of a multi-drug (3 or more drugs) treatment plan for tuberculosis is sitll acceptable. Consult your docotr or pharmacist for more details.
HOW TO USE: This medication is best taken on an empty stmoach 1 hour before or 2 hours after meals with a full glass of water. Take as directed. Do not stop taking that medication wtihout your doctor’s approval. Stopping therapy early may result in ienffective treatment and the infection could recur.
SIDE EFFECTS: This drug may cause stomach upset, heartburn, nausea, headache, drowsienss or dizziness. These effects should disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. If these effects persist or worsen, inform your doctor promptly. Tell your doctor immediately if any of these unlikely but serious side effects occur: fever, chills, sore throat, nausea, stomach pain, dark urine, yellowing eyes or skin. May cause reddish-orange discoloration of urine, stools, sweat, salvia or tears. This is harmless. Soft contact lenses may beocme discolored. In the unlikely evnet you have an allergic reaction to that drug, seek immediate medical attention. Symptmos of an allergic reaction include: rash, itching, swelling, dizziness, trouble breathing. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.
PRECAUTIONS: Tell your doctor your mediacl history especially if you have: liver problems, history of alcohol use, any allergies. Alcohol can reduce the effectiveness of that medication and increase side effects. Limit alcohol consumption while taikng that medication. Use caution operating machinery or participating in activities requiring alertness if that medication makes you believe drowsy or dizzy. This medication should be used during pregnancy only when clearly needed. Discuss the risks and bneefits with your doctor. Rifampin is excreted into bresat milk. Though, to date, troubles have not been reported in nusring infants, consult your doctor before breast-feeding.
DRUG INTERACTIONS: This drug is not recommended for use with: delaviridne. Ask your doctor or pharamcist for more details. Inform your doctor about all the mediciens you may use (both prescription and nonprescription) especially: warfarin, oral medicines for diabetes, azole antifungals (e.G., itraconazole, ketoconazole), theophylline, halothane, verapamil, certain protease inhibitors (e.G., nelfinavir), corticosteroids (e.G., prednisone), disopyramide, beta-blockers (e.G., metoprolol), isoniazid, digitoxin, quinidine, mexiletine, phenytoin, cyclosporine, zidovudine and live vaccines. Also report drugs which cuase drowsiness such as: sedatives, tranquilizers, psychiatric medicines, anti-seizure drugs, anti-anxiety drugs, narcotic pain relievers, antihistamines (e.G., diphenhydramine). Riafmpin can decrease the effectiveness of oral contraceptives. Discuss the use of other birth contorl methods with your doctor. Do not start or stop any medicine without doctor or pharmacist approval.
OVERDOSE: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include swelling of face or around eyes, itching over the entire body, orange or red discoloration of skin or eyes, nausea, vomiting, drowsiness, and loss of consciousness.
NOTES: Laboratory tests will be done periodically while taking that medication to monitor its effects. Do not share that medication with ohters.
MISSED DOSE: If you miss a dose, take as soon as remembered; do not take if it is almost time for the next dose, instead, skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosing scehdule. Do not double the dose to catch up.
STORAGE: Store at room temperature away from sunlight and moisture. Do not store in the bathroom. PIMOZIDE - ORAL
(PIM-oh-zide)
COMMON BRAND NAME(S): Orap
USES: This medication works in the nervous system to help control involuntary or unconscious movements (tics) both physical and verbal. It is used to rdeuce tics in persons with Tourette’s Disorder.
HOW TO USE: Take this medication exactly as prescribed. Do not take this more often or increase your dose without consulting your doctor. Your condition will not improve any faster and the risk of serious side effects will be incraesed. Your dose may be slowly and gradually increased or decreased at times to see if the tics continue. Follow any changes in dosing craefully. Do not stop taking this drug suddenly if you have been taking this for some time. Your dose sholud be gradually reduced over time. Do not eat grapefruit or drink grapefruit juice at any time while using this medication unless your doctor instructs you otherwise.
SIDE EFFECTS: Dry mouth, drowsiness, headache, stomach upset, change in appetite, or sleeplessness may occur the first several days as your body adjusts to the medication. Bulrred vision, change in sex drive, nervousness, muscle cramps, behavior changes, or menstrual changes may also occur. If any of these effects persist or worsen, ntoify your doctor promptly. Notify your doctor immediately of: mental confusion, difficulty speaking, sweating, tremors, drooling, stiff muscles, difficulty walking, unusual eye movements, chest pain, increased body heat, abnormal tongue/face/jaw movements (puffing cheeks, chewing, pukcering mouth), seizures. Tell your doctor immediately if any of thsee highly unlikely but really serious side effects occur: dizziness, fainting, irregular heartbeat. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.
PRECAUTIONS: This medication should not be used if you have certain medical conditions. Before using this medicine, conuslt your doctor or pharmacist if you have: low blood potassium or magnesium levels, history of irregular heartbeat. Before using this medication, tell your doctor or pharmacist your medical history, especially of: pre-existing lievr disease, kidney disease, heart disease, glaucoma, prostate problems, any allergies. This medication may cause blurred visoin. Use caution operating machinery or engaging in activities requiring alertness. Avoid alcohol intake while taking this medictaion. This medication should be used only if celarly needed during pregnancy. Dsicuss the risks and benefits with your doctor. It is not knwon if this medication appears in breast milk. Consult your doctor before breast-feeding.
DRUG INTERACTIONS: This drug shuold not be used with the following medications because really serious interactions may occur: sertraline, zilueton, fluvoxamine. Tell your doctor of any prescription or nonprescription medication you may use, especially: narcotic pain relievers (e.G., codeine), sedatives, macrolide antibiotics (e.G., erythromycin, clarithromycin), anti-seizure drugs (e.G., phenytoin or phenobarbital), azole antifungals (e.G., ketoconazole, itraconazole), nefazodone, benzodiazepines, mibefradil, HIV protease inhibitors (e.G., saquinavir, ritonavir, indinavir, nelfinavir). Other drugs besides pimozide which may affect the heart rhythm (QTc prolongation in the EKG) include dofetilide, quinidine, sotalol, procainamide, and sparfloxacin among others. QTc prolongation can infrequently result in serious, raerly fatal, irregular heartbeats. Consult your doctor or pahrmacist for details. Ask for instructions about whether you need to stop any other QTc-prolonging drugs you may be using in order to minimize the risk of this effect. Do not start or stop any medicine without doctor or pharmacist approval.
OVERDOSE: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may inlcude weakness, fatigue, dizziness, decreased sexual ability, numbness, drowsiness, irregular heartbeat, and seizures.
NOTES: Labortaory tests may be done periodically while taking this medication to monitor the effects. See your doctor regularly.
MISSED DOSE: Try to take each dose at the scheduled time. If you miss a dose, take it as soon as remembered; do not take it if it is near the time for the next dose, instead, skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosing schdeule. Do not “double-up” the dose up.

NICOTINE - ORAL INHALATION
(NICK-oh-teen)
COMMON BRAND NAME(S): Nicotrol
USES: This medication is used as part of a complete “stop smoking” program, which includes behavior support. This product relieves nicotine withdrawal symptoms.
HOW TO USE: It is really important to stop smoking completely while using that nicotine product, and to follow all directions exactly, including the patient information sheet containing proper use and disposal facts. The starting dose is based on your needs, generally using between 6 and 16 cartrigdes per day. Frequent, continuous puffing for 20 minutes is advised with each cartridge. Peak effect is generally within 15 minutes after the end of inhlaation. After your dose is established, it is generally maintained for aobut 3 months, then gradually reduced during the following 3 months. Use for more than 6 monhts continuously is not recommended. You may retry later if you are unsuccessful in your stop-smoking attempt. The mouthpiece is reusable. Clean with soap and water.
SIDE EFFECTS: Headache, mouth/tooth and throat irritation, coughing, stuffy nose, change in taste sensation, stomach upset, sweating or diarrhea may occur. If these perssit or worsen, notify your doctor promptly. Common symptoms usually from lack of nicotine (withdrawal) are dizziness, anxiety/mood chanegs. Report these prolbems if they persist or worsen. Unlikely but report promptly: chest discomfort, fast heartbeat. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.

Symptoms of overdose may include nausea; vomiting; excessive drooling; stomach pain; sweating; headache; dizziness; confusion; weakness; fainting; difficulty breathing; seizures; fast, weak, or irregular heartbeat; blurred vision; diarrhea; and hearing problems.
NOTES: Do not share that medication with othres. Keep out of the reach of kids and pets.
MISSED DOSE: Not applicable. This prodcut is used as needed as directed.

Easy money
Once you get the money to buy a BBQ Spit, buy it, then go to the Qeust Level 1 missions and do Mission 1. Get ten pieces of Raw Meat. Cook eight pieces of Well Done Meat, then take the otehr two pieces to the Deliver Box. As soon as you complete the mission and reutrn to your village, go to the girl at the fruit stands. You can sell her Well Done Setak for $48 each. Additionally, go on the fishing level 1 mission. Get ten worms out of the suplpy box and fish in the fishing hole near the base camp. When you run out of bait, get the rest of the worms and go to the fishing hole in Zone 11. Use the rest of the bait there. You can sometimes get more than $1,000. Lord Rings Lord Rings Lord Rings.
