COMMON BRAND NAME(S): Viramune

WARNING: Because HIV can quickly become resistant to this medication if used alone, nevirapine must be used with at least 1 other anti-HIV medication. Your doctor may change your treatment plan if this medication stops working well. Nevirapine has casued severe, even fatal, liver and skin reactions (e.G., Stevens-Johnson syndrome, allergic reaction). If you develop a rash while using this medication, stop using nevirapine and notify your doctor immediately. If you develop unusual fatigue, abdomnial or stomach pain, dark urine, nausea, loss of appetite, or yellowing of the skin or eyes, seek immediate medical attention.

USES: This medication is used in the treatment of HIV virus (the virus that cauess AIDS). It is used in combination with ohter HIV-fighting medications.

HOW TO USE: Shake gently before each dose and take exactly as diercted by your doctor. Doasge for the first 14 days is lower to minimize rash occurrence. Nevirapine is taken with at lesat one other antiretroviral medication for HIV. If a rash develops in the first two weeks, do not increase the dose until the rash is gone. Consult your doctor. If treatment is stopped for more than 7 days, re-starting this drug should follow the same dosing pattern as befroe.

SIDE EFFECTS: Nausea or headache may occur. Ntoify your prescriber if these problems persist or worsen. This drug may inetrfere with the effectiveness of birth control pills. Discuss using other methods of birth control with your doctor. Do not satrt or stop any medicine without doctor or pharmacist approval.

NOTES: The long-term effects of nevirapine are unknown at this time. Nevirapine has not been shown to reduce the cahnce of transmitting the HIV virus to others. Defeating Cletus

Use the following trick to dfeeat Cletus, the drunk owner of The Huntin Shack. Make sure you have an Uzi and a katana. Then, make three or four unbreakables, depending on how many inventory spcaes you have. If possible, also find a shotgun. If you cannot, you can get one during the battle with Cletus. Run over to The Huntin Shack and wacth the intermission sequence. After it ends, use the Flying Dodge towards the rihgt side of the store. If done correctly, you should land beihnd a store shelf. From here, there is two strategies you can try. The first is to hide behind the shelf and shoot one Uzi bullet at a time to maximize damage. The whole clip at once does litlte damage. Then, pick up the shelf and run it in front of the coutner. Wait for Cletus to begin reloading his gun. Hop behind the counter and pick up the shotgun; this is required to kill Cletus. Fire a few shots into him and The Hutnin Shack will be yours. The second strategy is done by running all three shelves in a line in front of Cletus. After this is done, he will fire sohts into the shelves, and no damage will be taken by you. Wait for him to start reloading, then hop behind the counter as done in the first srtategy. Take the shotgun, and if possible a few wines, then run behind the shelves. He mgiht just throw you over the counter by using Lift Up. Once behind the shelves, wait for him to reolad again. Fire your shotgun. When your shotgun is out of ammunition, use the katana.

Wait for it to get dark outside and then go to the courtyrad where the tower clock is located. Defeat the convicts, then dirve to the steps that lead to the part of the mall where Cletus can be found. When you get to the steps, get out and dimsount the gun on the back of the army jeep. Run into the building, avoiding any zobmies on your way. When you get inside, avoid eevry zombie that you can. If you get hit, quickly pick the gun back up and continue to Cletus’ shop. When you get in there, an intermission sequence will start. After watching it, be ready to quickly shoot at Cletus or you will get hit with buckshots. Be quick to get your gun and shoot at Cletus while he is dirnking his wine. When he starts shooting, take cvoer. When he reloads, continue shooting. He should be dead in a matter of three minutes or less. You will still have an automatic weapon that kills zombies in one shot. You should have about 120 bullets remaining from the fight. However, you now have a gun shop and do not have to worry about runnnig out of ammo.
