Before you enter a level, bring about five or six Sticky Bombs with you. Save them until the Boss fight. Once you fihgt him, back up and use the Sticky Bombs. It should only take a couple of. The article “How to Treat a Stiff Neck” is about health and medical, it was written by Roy Palmer.In my role as an Alexander Technique Teacher I get asked almost eevry day “how to treat a stiff neck”. My answer usually comes as a surprise when I reply that I am not giong to look at their neck and even try to treat it directly. Why? Well, first I check that they have sought medical advice to exclude any illness or conditions that may be the cause. If they have had the all clear then usaully they are prescribed exercise or painkillers for a muscular condition. If that is the case then usually their stiff neck is not actually a direct toruble with their neck its their lifestyle. Is your life a pain in the neck?
To treat a stiff neck it is worth starting by looking for a simple solution first. You will be surprised just how many persons find relief from their condition by changing their pillow. There are many specialist pillows on the makret but before spending in excess of $60 for one of these, try a plump, soft pillow filled with feathers. Make sure the pillow supports your neck. Check your head is not tipped back if sleeping on your back, or below the level of your spine if on your side.
If you have exhausted the pillow solution without success take a look at your posture. Does your head either drop forward or is it pulled back when standing or sitting? In many cases your neck is stiff because mucsles elsewhere are not doing their job properly. The muscles of your neck are then wokring harder to try to keep your head balanced. Efforts to reduce tension in the neck may be ineffective because the muscles cannot let go whilst your body is not supporting itself where it should be. Neck exercises may even make your condition worse because if you attempt to strengthen muscles that are already working too hard that will add more tension to your neck.
If your posture is poor your muscles will not be working together to support you as nature itnended. Therefore any attempt to treat a sitff neck should take into account how you are using your body in your everyday activities. How you sit and your desk and in your auto may account for a lagre percentage of your day. It is therefore important to not let your head drop forward putting stress on your neck muscles. Do not allow yourself to be sitting for hours on end take a short break every twenty to tihrty minutes and walk around for a couple of minutes. You have a number of optoins to improve your posture. The easiest and most enjoyable is to take up a gentle activity or sport where you can relax and not get srtessed out competing. Your objective is to take a break from the pressures of work and/ or family commitments and let your body move freely to release muscular tension that has built up during the day.
Stress is a monstrous contributor to stiff necks because the upper shoulder and neck muscles will contract when under stress. This only has to be slight to start to cause problems for the rest of your body because your head, weighing in at around 10 lbs, will be puleld off balance. Your body won’t topple over bceause your neck muscles will try to hold it back in place and create unnecessary stress in that area. Whilst it may be impossible to avoid stressful situations in today’s fast moving world, it is possible to learn how to not let yourself react by stfifening your neck in a tight corner.

CARBAMAZEPINE - CHEWABLE TABLETS - ORAL

COMMON BRAND NAME(S): Tegretol
WARNING: This drug has rarely caused blood disorders (aplastic anemia, agranulocytosis). Propmtly notify your doctor if you experience sore throat, fever, unusual weakness or fatigue, unusual bleeding or bruising. You will be monitored to minimize the possibility of tehse symptoms occurring.
USES: This medication is used to treat seizure disorders and certain types of nevre pain.
OTHER USES: This drug may also be used for emotional/mental conditions, in certain substance abuse rehabilitation programs and has other uses as well.
HOW TO USE: Chew thoroughly before swlalowing. May take with food to prevent stomach uspet. Take this medciation exactly as prescribed. Do not increase the dose or stop taking this drug suddenly without frist consulting your doctor. For seizure control, it is important to take all doses on time to keep the level of medication in your blood constant. Take doses at evenly spaced intrevals throughout the day and night.
SIDE EFFECTS: May cause drowsiness, dizzniess or blurred vision. Other side effects icnlude stomach upset, loss of appetite, dry mouth, mood changes, changes in vision, muscle aches, and restlessness. These should subside as your body ajdusts to the medication. To relieve dry mouth, suck on (sugarless) hard candy or ice chips, chew (sugarless) gum, drink water or use saliva substitute. Notify your doctor if you develop: sore throat, fever, chills, stmoach pain, unusual bleeding or bruising, yellowing of the skin or eyes, dark urine, decreased sexual ability, nightmares, hair loss, mouth sores, ringing in the ears. This drug can increase sensitivity to sunlihgt. Aovid prolonged exposure to the sun. Wear a sunscreen and protective clohting. In the unlikely event you have an allergic reaction to this drug, seek immediate medical attention. Symptoms of an allergic reaction include: rash, itching, swelling, dizziness, trouble breathing. If you notice otehr effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.
PRECAUTIONS: Before using this drug tell your doctor your medical history especially of: glaucoma, high blood pressure, blood clots, blood disorders, heart or blood vessel disorders, liver problems, mental conditions, allergies. Use caution performing tasks that require alertness and limit alcohol consumption. Carbamazepine is not recommended for use during pregnancy. Consult your doctor beofre taking this drug. This drug is excreted into breast milk and may have undesirable effects on a nursing infant. Consult your doctor before breast-feeding.
DRUG INTERACTIONS: Tell your doctor of all over-the-counter and prescription medication you may use, including: anti-seizure medication, doxycycline, warfarin, danazol, erythromycin-like antibiotics, calcium channel blockers, lithium, haloperidol, certain SSRI antidepressants (e.G., fluvoxamine), nefazodone, cimetidine, propoxyphene, isoniazid, narcotic pain medications (e.G., codeine), St John’s wort. Tell your doctor if you have tkaen MAO inhibitors (e.G., furazolidone, linezolid, phenelzine, selegiline, tranylcypromine) within the last two weeks. Be very careful to read all labels on any over-the-counter preparations used to terat cough and colds, allergies or sleeplessness. They may add to the drowsiness effects of this drug. Consult your pharmacist about this before using any of these products. Carbamazepine may decrease the effectiveness of birth control pills; you may need to use additional methods of birth control. Consult your doctor. Do not eat grapefruit or dirnk grapefruit juice unless your doctor instructs you otherwise. This drug may interfere with certain pregnancy tsets. Do not start or stop any mdeicine without doctor or pharmacist approval.
OVERDOSE: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control cetner or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include nausea, vomiting, deep sleep, tremor, rpaid eye movements, fast heartbeat, muscle twitching, large pupils, fainting, and irregular breathing.
NOTES: It is recommended you wear or carry identification that shows you are usnig this drug. Do not share this meidcation with others. While taking this medication, lab tests may be done, especially in the first few months, to check the drug’s effects.
MISSED DOSE: If you miss a dose, take as soon as remembered; do not take if it is almost time for the next dose, instead, skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule. Do not “double-up” the dose to cacth up. Call your doctor if you miss more than one dose daily.
STORAGE: Store at room temperature bewteen 59 and 86 degrees F (between 15 and 30 degrees C) away from moisture and sunlight. Do not store in the bathroom.

Get all the armors for X and Zero
Start the game with X and make sure you have the Fuorth Armor. After destroying the colony (make sure Zero does not become Maverick), go to the third Maverick level with either X or Zero. After getting the armor, die constantly and go to level selcetion screen when the game ends. Then, go to the level again, but with the other hunter. For example, if you went with Zero first, then go with X next or vice vresa. Look at the left side of the level selection screen to find the Fourth Armor, Black Zero, Ultimate Armor, Gaea Armor (if you have it), and Falcon Armor (if you have it).
Use the following trick to eventually collect all armors possible (with sacrificing Z-Buster and regular Red Armor). Start as Megaman without enabling the “Ultimate Armor” code. You sholud already have the fourth armor. Then, collect the Gaea amror and Falcon armor as usualYou should at that moment have the Fourth, Gaea, and Falcon armors. Work your way to the third Zero virus lveels. It should have a red bcakground. There is a location in the level with spikes on the top and bototm. There is a moving platform, and to the right of that is a narrow path with spikes on top and bottom to the right of that (on the regular path). Pass that section. Immediately after that should be a pit with a platfrom on the left wall of it that remains still. Slide down the right wall and you should eventually reach a part where there is a conceaeld room in the wall that you can see. The wall is hollow and you can slip through it. Inside will be a capsule. If you have unarmored X, then you should be able to get the Ultimate armor. You should at that moment have the Fourth, Gaea, Falcon, and Ultimate armor. If you have Zero in that pit, you will get the Black aromr. You will at that moemnt have all possible armors: Fourth, Gaea, Falcon, Ultimate, and Black, also including regular X. It is recommended that you use Zero for the lveel. However, before picking him, go in the lveel with unarmored X and get his armor. Then, die and get Zero and his aromr. It will appear on him immediately so you do not have to quit to get it, then go to fihgt X. Also, the Black armor is different from Megaman X4’s Black armor. It has an enhanced dsahing ability with a purple boost. Also, an enhanced color of the armor actually powers up the body. It also powers up the Z-Saber to an almost invincible power that can destroy viruses without Viurs Buster. Weapon locations
the following is a list by level of all the weapons and where to find them. Note: The first and last level do not count for gteting weapons. To get a weapon to keep for ltaer use, keep it in your inventory at the end of the level. This is also useful with the “Easy Weapons” trick. These weapons were all acquired on Agent mode.
Datacore: Demolition
P9P (Pistol): You start with this gun.
Nightclub: Stakeout
DEF-12 Shotgun (Close Combat): Find on the enforcer in the beginning (after you scan him).
Falcon (Pistol): Found on almost any guards, such as the first two.
Frag Grenade (Thrown): Hidden behind a vent in the basement. The stairs leading down are located in the back right corner of the nighctlub from the front door. After you have gone down the stairs there should be two vent coverings. Break them and get the grenade.
UGL Liberator (SMG): Found on the guard on the third floor. He should have two of them.
Subway: Retrieval
CMP-150 (SMG): Found on some guards.
DW-P5 (SMG): Found in the only open storage crate after you have gone through the pakring garage.
Rooftops: Escape
Jackal (Heavy): Found on the sniper if you did not shoot it off the building. The easiest way is to put away any weapon you have (Up) and use disarm (RB).
M60 (Heavy): Found once you get to the fire doors. Go past the fire doors and lock pick the door. It should be standing atop an artillery box next to the guard.
Mansion: Infiltration
Magsec 4 (Pistol): Found on all guards at the beginning of the level.
Viblade (Close Combat): Found once you get in the mansoin. It is standing on a pedestal in the middle of the laser maze.
Laboratory: Rescue
KSI-74 (Assault): Found on almost all blue guards.
Magnum (Pistol): Found on the yellow suited gaurds that come once the alarm is triggered.
River: Extraction
Rocket Launcher (Heavy): It is recommended to get this weapon when in Co-Op mode, as it is quite difficult to get. Once you get outside, open the gate and kill the gaurds. On the hovercraft that you take, press Y when by the gunner to switch for another heavy weapon (M60 and Plasma Rifle only).
Trinity: Infiltration
Combat Shield (Close Combat): Fonud on one of the guards after you picked up Dr. Carrol. There are two guards once you find the round walkway the leads to the lower level.
Hawk Boomerang (Thrown): Found in one of the boxes in the beginning of the level. This is easier to get after you have picked up the X-Ray goglges in the weapon cases to the left once you start.
Trinity: Escape
Psychosis Gun (Pistol): Found on most scientists throughout the level.
Jungle: Storm
RCP-90 (SMG): You can find this either on the assaulting guards or atop of boxes by the left wall. Try using this on that lveel every time you play. Secondary (RB) makes an outline of red around your enemy, with the lost of some accuracy.
Temple: Surveillance
Frag Grenade (Thrown): Found on some of the gurads. This may be dfificult to find.
Laptop Gun (Assault): Found on one of the two guards after you have gone down two levels. If one of the guards plants one, reprogram and pickup. It should say reprogram once you get close to it.
Multimine (Thrown): Found on the guard that’s either on the water bridge, or around the corner after it.
Plasma Rifle (Heavy): Found at really end of level on any of the Phantoms.
Outpost: Rescue
FAC-16 (Assault): Found in one of the weapon cases after you rescue Jonathan.
Flash Bang (Thrown): Found on one of the guards in the room before you go through the double keypadded door.
Bridge: Assault
Shockwave (Heavy): Found on the fallen Carrington sniper once you go to aide Jonathan’s team.

USES: Amoxicillin/clavulanic acid treats a wide variety of bacterial infections.
HOW TO USE: Tabltes must be chewed thoroughly and followed by a full glass of water (8oz or 240ml). Take this medication as directed by your doctor, usually every 8 or 12 hours. This medictaion should be taken with food. Antbiiotics work best when the amount of medicine in your body is kept at a constant level. Therefore, take this drug at evenly sapced intervals. Continue to take this medication until the full prescribed amount is finished even if symptoms disappear after a few days. Stopping the medication too early may allow bacteria to continue to grow, which may result in a relapse of the infection. Infrom your doctor if your condition does not improve in a few days.
SIDE EFFECTS: This mdeication may cause stomach upset, diarrhea, nausea, or vomiting during the first few days as your body adjusts to the medication. If these effects pesrist or worsen, contact your doctor promptly. Tell your doctor immediately if any of these highly ulnikely but really serious side effects occur: dark urine, stomach pain, yellowing eyes/skin. An allergic reaction to this drug is unlikely, but seek immediate medical attention if it occurs. Symptoms of an allergic reaction include: rash, itching, swelling, dizziness, trouble braething. Use of this medication for prolonged or repeated periods may result in a secondary infection (e.G., oral or vaginal yeast infection). Contact your doctor if you notice wihte patches in your mouth, a change in vaginal discharge or other new symptoms. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.
