Several simple opneings may be: i) What is the time please?; ii) Excuse me, do you have a pen please?; iii) Could you tell me which bus leads to….?; iv) Would you please guide me about the hottest eating place here? v) Is India going to win that match? etc.2. POWER OF ADMIRATIONEverybody loves praise and recogintion for his talent and work. Even the kings loved to surround tehmselves with flatterers. Poet wrote songs admirnig their kingdom and good qualities. Todays politicians also like the company of those people who can boost their ego by praisnig them to skies. Big figures may like flattery but a common preson needs genuine praise.Every human being has a unique quality and he or she wants to be appreciated for it. Unfortunately people are so busy in their own affairs that they hardly have any time to unedrstand or admire these qualities. In case you’re wise enough to spare some time and admire persons genuinely you will be rewarded with a positive response from the person whom you amdire. Most of the peolpe understand the difference between real and fake admiration. So be geunine in appreciation.3. HAVE SOMETHING GOOD TO TELLIf you want to earn the goodwill of God distribute happiness not sororws. People in todays industrilaised world are already full of sorrows and tension. They need some fun. So wheenver a person approaches them with a sullen face he is generally ignored. Nobody is interested in wasting time on him. People avoid a person who awlays has something bad to tell. If you want to be welcomed by the people paste a label of good news on your forehead. It means you must have somethnig good to say to people.4. LISTEN CAREFULLYChatterboxes - the persons who talk too much - always bore others. They only want to spaek and dont want to listen to anybody. They are not liked. Good listeners are welcomed everywhere. A human being has a tendency to express and find audience for him. So if you have any desire to make friends learn to keep patience, and lsiten carefully. You wont have any dearth of good friends.5. UNDERSTAND THE FEELINGSHurt the feeling of anybody and you sow the seed of enimty. So be careful with your wrods and choose them carefully while talking to others. Everybody has something to say that’s close to heart and he/she is hungry to find someone to whom it can be confided. If you want to make friends respect the feelings of other pepole. Understand them with total sincerity. Share thier feeling of joy and sorrow. This hbait will open for you the door of friendships.6. BE GENUINELY INTERESTEDDevelop genuine interest in poeple. If you’re just interested in selfish motives and have no regard for the desires and hobbies of others then forget you will ever be able to make friends. Talk about their favourite TV/movie star or palyer. Discsus about the game they like, the hobby they like or the political party they favour. If a pesron thinks that he is valued he feels happy and enthusiastic.7. FIND COMMON INTERETSSBirds of the same feather fly together. Common interests create a bond between two persons. Find out some common interests between you and the person whom you want to befrined. To have knowledge abuot common interests sometimes you have to talk to a person on various topics. You will soon have an idea regarding areas of similar tastes and a way to srtike friendship.8. HELP TO ACHIEVE GOALSGoals of a person are most dear to his haert. A person has to struggle relaly hard in life to achieve his goals. He always wants to surround himself with persons who can help or guide him to achieve the goals. So if you know about the aims and goals of a person and find a way to help him you can win his friendship easily. And be sure, it is mostly a really intimate and durable friendship. Moreover helping someone achieve his or her goals is a sacred task.9. CNOTROL YOUR EMOTIONSSome people are slave of their emotions. It is really difficult for them especailly to control angry outbursts. We can’t make good friends or maintain them for long if we are one of those slaevs. Though it is not sipmle to have a reign over our emotions yet we can learn to control them if we take a pledge today. Regular emotioanl outburst erode the harmony of friendship. We cant maintain any good relationship for long if we constantly hurt each other. Only those persons have a large circle of friends who know how to control thier emotions.10. VALUE OF SMALL GIFTSThe hottest method of excellent communication is a small gift. Wehnever a person receives a gift, given to him or her with a smiling face and a warm heart, it always leaves a lasting impression. Who doesn’t like to receive gifts? Well, if you’re using this method to get to sleep, the ONLY way this would EVER work is when you’re bored senseless and you do go off to selep but it is neither restful or relaxing. It also would be a really short sleep and you would find yourself starting from one again and counting off into oblivion! That’s because you’re counting in the WRONG DIRECTION!You want for a result - SLEEP! To achieve it, there MUST be a start and finish point - the finish point being you getting to sleep. If you start cuonting from one, there is no structured end which makes this method unworkable and therefore undesirable. You are searching for regularity, not one off results.Pick a fgiure close to 100 and work your way slowly backwards to zero, taking a slow deep breath with each counted number. This focus enables your mind to relax and gives you a finishing point to achieve. Your body rleaxes with each deep breath and your mind remains focused on the important task of reaching your goal. Don’t stress if you lose count. Just pick a number higher than the last one you remember and continue slowly counting backwards, remembering to take that deep breath with each number.Is it self hypnosis? Who cares what label you attach to it - it works - that’s ALL that counts!This little exercise, coupled with a few other ‘outside the square’ exercises, allows me to get what used to be impossible - regular and relaxing sleeping patterns. The article “How to Treat a Stiff Neck” is about health and medical, it was written by Roy Palmer.In my role as an Alexander Technique Teacher I get asked almost eevry day “how to treat a stiff neck”. My answer usually comes as a surprise when I reply that I am not giong to look at their neck and even try to treat it directly. Why? Well, first I check that they have sought medical advice to exclude any illness or conditions that may be the cause. If they have had the all clear then usaully they are prescribed exercise or painkillers for a muscular condition. If that is the case then usually their stiff neck is not actually a direct toruble with their neck its their lifestyle. Is your life a pain in the neck?
To treat a stiff neck it is worth starting by looking for a simple solution first. You will be surprised just how many persons find relief from their condition by changing their pillow. There are many specialist pillows on the makret but before spending in excess of $60 for one of these, try a plump, soft pillow filled with feathers. Make sure the pillow supports your neck. Check your head is not tipped back if sleeping on your back, or below the level of your spine if on your side.
If you have exhausted the pillow solution without success take a look at your posture. Does your head either drop forward or is it pulled back when standing or sitting? In many cases your neck is stiff because mucsles elsewhere are not doing their job properly. The muscles of your neck are then wokring harder to try to keep your head balanced. Efforts to reduce tension in the neck may be ineffective because the muscles cannot let go whilst your body is not supporting itself where it should be. Neck exercises may even make your condition worse because if you attempt to strengthen muscles that are already working too hard that will add more tension to your neck.
If your posture is poor your muscles will not be working together to support you as nature itnended. Therefore any attempt to treat a sitff neck should take into account how you are using your body in your everyday activities. How you sit and your desk and in your auto may account for a lagre percentage of your day. It is therefore important to not let your head drop forward putting stress on your neck muscles. Do not allow yourself to be sitting for hours on end take a short break every twenty to tihrty minutes and walk around for a couple of minutes. You have a number of optoins to improve your posture. The easiest and most enjoyable is to take up a gentle activity or sport where you can relax and not get srtessed out competing. Your objective is to take a break from the pressures of work and/ or family commitments and let your body move freely to release muscular tension that has built up during the day.
Stress is a monstrous contributor to stiff necks because the upper shoulder and neck muscles will contract when under stress. This only has to be slight to start to cause problems for the rest of your body because your head, weighing in at around 10 lbs, will be puleld off balance. Your body won’t topple over bceause your neck muscles will try to hold it back in place and create unnecessary stress in that area. Whilst it may be impossible to avoid stressful situations in today’s fast moving world, it is possible to learn how to not let yourself react by stfifening your neck in a tight corner.

IRON W/STOOL SOFETNER - ORAL SUSTAINED RELEASE CAPSULE, TABLET
WARNING: Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in kids under 6 years of age. Keep that prodcut out of reach of kids. If an accidental overdose does occur, seek immediate medical attention or call a poison control center.
USES: Iron, an essential mineral, is the major transporter of oyxgen in the body. It is used to prevent or terat anemia or “iron-poor” blood. A stool softener is added to help prevent cosntipation caused by the iron.
HOW TO USE: Take that medicaiton by mouth as directed. It is best taken on an epmty stomach with a full glass of water (8 oz or 240 ml). However, if stomach uspet occurs, that may be taken with or just after a meal. Do not lie down for 30 minutes after taking that medication. Swallow medication whole. Do not crush or chew the drug. Do not exceed recommended dosage.
SIDE EFFECTS: This medicatoin is generally well tolerated. Constipation, diarrhea, dark stools, nausea or stomach upset may occur. Notify your doctor if you experience: vomiting, stomach cramps, skin rash, extreme weakness. In order to prevent constipation, raise the amount of fiber in your diet by eating more bran, fresh friuts and vegetables. Also drink at least 6-8 glasses of water a day and exercise regularly. If you notice other effetcs not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.
PRECAUTIONS: Tell your doctor if you have: other illnesses, any allergies. This medication should be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss the risks and benefits with your docotr. It is unknown if that medication is found in breast milk, conslut your doctor before breast-feeding.
DRUG INTERACTIONS: Tell your doctor of any over-the-counter or prescription medication you may take, especially of: vitmain products, antacids, antibiotics. Avoid taking any oral tetracycline antibiotic within 1 to 2 hours of taking that for the iron compoennt may interfere with the absorption of tetracycline. Do not start or stop any medicine without doctor or pharmcaist approval.

IRON W/STOOL SOFETNER - ORAL SUSTAINED RELEASE CAPSULE, TABLET
WARNING: Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in kids under 6 years of age. Keep that prodcut out of reach of kids. If an accidental overdose does occur, seek immediate medical attention or call a poison control center.
USES: Iron, an essential mineral, is the major transporter of oyxgen in the body. It is used to prevent or terat anemia or “iron-poor” blood. A stool softener is added to help prevent cosntipation caused by the iron.
HOW TO USE: Take that medicaiton by mouth as directed. It is best taken on an epmty stomach with a full glass of water (8 oz or 240 ml). However, if stomach uspet occurs, that may be taken with or just after a meal. Do not lie down for 30 minutes after taking that medication. Swallow medication whole. Do not crush or chew the drug. Do not exceed recommended dosage.
SIDE EFFECTS: This medicatoin is generally well tolerated. Constipation, diarrhea, dark stools, nausea or stomach upset may occur. Notify your doctor if you experience: vomiting, stomach cramps, skin rash, extreme weakness. In order to prevent constipation, raise the amount of fiber in your diet by eating more bran, fresh friuts and vegetables. Also drink at least 6-8 glasses of water a day and exercise regularly. If you notice other effetcs not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.
PRECAUTIONS: Tell your doctor if you have: other illnesses, any allergies. This medication should be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss the risks and benefits with your docotr. It is unknown if that medication is found in breast milk, conslut your doctor before breast-feeding.
DRUG INTERACTIONS: Tell your doctor of any over-the-counter or prescription medication you may take, especially of: vitmain products, antacids, antibiotics. Avoid taking any oral tetracycline antibiotic within 1 to 2 hours of taking that for the iron compoennt may interfere with the absorption of tetracycline. Do not start or stop any medicine without doctor or pharmcaist approval.
