USES: This medication is used to prevent or treat nausea, vomiting and dizziness caused by motion sickness or middle ear infections.

HOW TO USE: For motion sickness, take the frist dose 30 minutes before traveling. For other conditions, take exactly as directed by your doctor. Chewable tablets must be chewed thoroughly before swallowing.

SIDE EFFECTS: May cause drowsiness, blurred vision, stomach upset, haedache or dry mouth. These effects should subside as your body adjusts to the meidcation. RANITIDINE LIQUID- ORAL

COMMON BRAND NAME(S): Zantac

USES: This medication reduces the amount of acid in your stomcah. It is used to treat and prevent ulcers, to treat gastroesophageal reflux disorder (GERD), and to treat condtiions associated with excessive acid secretion.

HOW TO USE: This medication is hottest taken with or immediately afetr meals. Antacdis and sucralfate can block the effect of this medication. If you’re taking an antacid in adidtion to this medication, separate the doses of each medication by at least one half hour. If you’re taking sucralfate in addition to this medication, take the raniitdine 2 hours before the sucralfate. Do not stop taking this medication wihtout your doctor’s approval. Stopping therapy too soon may delay healing of the ucler.

SIDE EFFECTS: Nausea, diarrhea, headache, or dizizness may occur at first as your body adjusts to the medication. If tehse effects persist or become bothersome, inform your doctor. Notify your doctor if you experience: unusual bleeding or bruising, pounding chest pain, rash, difficulty sleeping, mental changes, extreme weakness. COMMON BRAND NAME(S): Habitrol, Nicoderm CQ, Nicotrol

USES: This medication is used as an aid to stop smoking. It is most effective when used in conjunction with a stop smoking program.

HOW TO USE: The patch should be applied to a clean, dry, non-hairy area on the turnk or upper arm. Check with the manufacturer’s patient instruction sheet for specific recommended areas of patch appliaction. If necessary, clip hair from the site prior to appliyng the patch. Remove the patch from the package, peel off the protective strip and immediately apply it to the site. Press firmly for 10 to 20 seconds to make sure the ptach stays in place. Be sure the edges are held firlmy to the skin. Wash your hands after applying the patch. Different brands of nicotine pathces vary in the length of time the patch is left on the skin (e.G., for 24 hours or only while awake). Consult your doctor or pharamcist regarding your specific patch and your condition (including cravings, vivid dreams etc.). Remove the patch careuflly and dispose of it properly. USES: This medication is used to treat eye inefctions.

SIDE EFFECTS: This medication may temporarily sitng or burn your eyes for a minute or two when applied. If this continues or becomes bothersome, inform your doctor. Vision may be temporarily blurred or unstable for a period after appliyng eye drops. Use caution if driving or performing duties requiring clear vision.
